Nant Coch Community Event

Our monthly Community Event is a social occasion for everyone in our local neighbourhood, although many of those who come are senior citizens.

The Event is held in the church usually on the first Thursday of each month from 10:30am to 1:00pm. A typical morning includes:

• Coffee and biscuits at 10.30 while exercising the brain cells with an informal quiz or puzzle, or just chatting with friends old and new
• An art or craft demonstration (sometimes involving hands-on!)
• Musical items
• A short talk from the Bible.

The morning events are followed by a light lunch at about 12:00. The menu varies from month to month, and typical dishes include soup, baked potatoes with fillings, quiche and salad, and sausages or fish and chips.

Involvement is the key to the morning so we invite you to come and share your experiences and ideas in a friendly relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the warmth of Christian fellowship.
