We have an exciting range of activities for children.
For 0-2 year olds
We run a crèche at most Sunday morning services for those aged up to 3 years old to allow the parents or carers to join us in the service.
We run two sessions for babies and toddlers on a Tuesday.
This is a FREE club, run by Tomi, our Family Support Worker and Dr Edmund Plummer, one of our congregation with a PhD in maths from Oxford University. Edmund supplies the maths, while Tomi supplies the drinks and biscuits! And a thought for the day!
We currently have some local children aged 8 - 14, together with some of their parents. Some come because they are good at maths and want to be stretched, others because they struggle and would like some help.
All of us have fun with maths problems and games. So far we have made 3D shapes with straws and pipe cleaners, and enjoyed card tricks, mathematical dominoes and fraction snap!
Come along and join the fun!
For 3-11 year olds
We run Sunday Club on Sunday mornings.
We run GoGos on Thursday evenings for 3-6 year olds.
We have Go for It club on Friday evenings for 7-11 year olds.
We also run an annual Holiday Club each August for 5-11 year olds.
If your children would like to attend any of the activities listed above, just come along to have a chat with one of the leaders or send us an email and we will get back to you.
